Terms and Conditions for PawMind Inc.

1. Agreement to Terms By purchasing from PawMind Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your purchase.

2. Accuracy of Information

  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability.

  • PawMind Inc. reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

3. Payments and Taxes

  • All payments must be made through authorized payment processors at the time of purchase.

  • For orders shipped within California, applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your total.

  • For international orders, the buyer is solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to process and ship orders within our stated handling time.

  • PawMind Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or incorrect address information provided by the buyer.

  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Domestic Return Policy (United States)

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

  • Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was received, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Refund Process: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method after the item is inspected at our Fremont, CA facility.

6. International Return Policy

  • No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for international orders. Please return for a refund and place a new order.

  • Defect Exception: Unless the item is defective, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and original shipping/customs fees are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • PawMind Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

  • Products are intended for pet use; please ensure items are used safely and under supervision.

  • These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
