Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition: To receive a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was received, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item at our Fremont, CA warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank's processing time.
International Return Policy
International Shipping & Return Guidelines Due to the complexity of international logistics, we apply the following policy for orders outside the United States:

No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for international orders. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
