Domestic Return Policy (United States)

Standard 30-Day Return Policy At PawMind Inc., we want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: To receive a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

  • Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was received, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item at our Fremont, CA warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank's processing time.

 

 

International Return Policy

International Shipping & Return Guidelines Due to the complexity of international logistics, we apply the following policy for orders outside the United States:

  • No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for international orders. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Defect Exception: Unless the item is defective, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including tracking and insurance.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and any import fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect.

  • Refund Processing: After the item is received and inspected at our USA facility, your refund will be processed. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment statement.
